Enrolment Procedure

 

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

For New and Transfer Student Applicants

1. Welcome Message

 Thank you for choosing SMCM. We are delighted to welcome you to our school.

2. Accessing the Enrollment Portal

Using your browser, navigate to the My.SMCM portal (smcm.edu.ph) and click on ONLINE ENROLLMENT. 

3. Form Submission and Approval

The Registrar Staff will review and approve the submitted online form. Forms submitted during office hours—Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)—will be processed the same day. Submissions made outside these hours will be checked and approved on the next school day.

4. Assessment Test Scheduling

The Guidance staff will schedule the Assessment Test for new and transfer student applicants. This test is conducted using paper and pen; therefore, applicants are required to be present in the Guidance Office on the scheduled date. Results will be released the same day, followed by an interview with the Academic Coordinator and the Subject Area Coordinator for the Basic Education Department, or the Program Adviser for the College.

5. Issuance of Permit to Enroll Form

The Academic Coordinator and Subject Area Coordinator for the Basic Education Department, or Program Adviser for the College will issue a Permit to Enroll Form to new and transfer student applicants. (Basic Education Department new and transfer student applicants, please proceed to Step 8.)

Steps 6 and 7 are applicable for College new and transfer student applicants only:

6. Subject Entry

College new and transfer student applicants must enter the subjects they intend to take in the student portal.

7. Subject Approval

The Program Adviser will review and approve the subjects selected by the new and transfer student applicants.

8. Issuance of Assessment

The Registrar Staff will issue an Assessment for Payment and Sectioning for Basic Education Department applicants or print the Assessment Form for College applicants.

9. Payment Validation

The Cashier Staff will verify if the payment has been credited to the school’s bank account, print, and scan the official receipt, and send a confirmation email with the scanned copy of the Official Receipt to the student's or parent's official email address.

10. ID Processing

Finally, new and transfer student applicants should proceed to the ID Room located at the 2nd Floor landing of the Assumption Building for picture taking where they can be seen wearing the school uniform. Releasing of the Identification Card (ID) will follow.

Note: If you have already made your payment but did not have your picture taken on the day of enrollment, please ensure to have your picture taken for the issuance of your Identification Card (ID) at least 15 days before classes begin on June 9, 2025.


 

For Old Students

2. Accessing the Enrollment Portal

Using your browser, navigate to the My.SMCM portal (smcm.edu.ph) and click on ONLINE ENROLLMENT.
