November 22, 2017 marked another milestone for SMCM as Senior High School, College students and Faculty, from various programs had their research presentation at St. Mary’s College Quezon City (SMCQC) in collaboration with the Singapore Institute of Multidisciplinary Professions (SIMP) and Ascendens Asia (AAG).
The research festival showcased relevant studies by different groups of researchers from several institutions including our beloved second home, St Mary's College of Meycauayan. Marian researcher’s team is composed of Senior High School and College students. Each research presented was conducted in order to fulfill Marians’ undying curiosity and desire to seek answers to their questions with regards to different problems inside and outside their fields. Each researcher arrived to different discussions and conclusions, proudly showing their excellence in expressing and sharing their knowledge and beliefs.
Through their research studies, Marians showed how observant and attentive they are towards environmental issues. The researches presented by Marians includes: "Relationship between Employees and Customer's Satisfaction" presented by Lorraine Dayne Mijares, Bianca Divine Cacho, Michaella Gloria, Dan Michael Mercado, Amit Rindi, Karlo Daniel Halasan, "A comparative Study on the Consumer Behavior of Gen X, Y and Millennials in Buying Fashion Clothing” presented by Thea Vivien Bajamonde, David Kenneth Balajadia, Renn Irvin Eusebio and Monique San Juan, “A Descriptive Research on the Status of Employability of Nurses in Private Hospitals” by Margaret Louise Noriega, Ysabel Pingol and Alyssa Apalisok, “Isang Pagsusuri sa Paggamit ng mga Millenial Slang ng mga Mag-aaral nula sa Ikapitong Baitang ng St. Mary’s College of Meycauayan sa Taong-Panuruan 2017-2108” by Leah Marie Barruel, Axell Costales, John Matthew Dela Cruz, Jayven Gomonit, Mark Joel Laus, Jomari Samonte, Alexinne Agsaoay, Juri Rubiano and Alliah Marie Zabal and “Identifying and Establishing Strong Positive Culture in St. Mary’s College of Meycauayan by Mrs. Cristina Herrera, Mrs. Liberty Ong and Mrs. Ana Michelle Ricalde.” The relevance of each study is to build a guideline for future researchers and most importantly to promote awareness.
